The USA is crawling with historical tourist locations but none quite match the beauty of these five National Parks. Yosemite, Sequoia, Red Rock, Grand Canyon, and Arches National Park have been standing for thousands of years. Each landscape has endured the gradual effects of time, weather, and the development of new civilization. Despite all the progress we have made, we must not forget who first cared for the land that we occupy now. These parks were sacred land to the native tribes of North America and the foundation of the United States was built upon stolen territory. Their culture and narratives are important stories to be heard and they have already begun to be forgotten, not only by the general public but by their own younger generation.
